For health reasons, all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Unless the customer discovers defects or damages in the product at the time of receipt, or if the company has erroneously sent the wrong item. Customers should also promptly (within 2 days) send us proof photos to notify us, so we can arrange for processing.
